great location and friendly staff!

The location has been the biggest reason i booked this hotel, and it did not disappoint. sm aura is very close, a short walk away! security guards and traffic controllers did a solid job managing the traffic flow. I felt safer because of them.

It led to some delays. this was a bit inconvenient!

the room provided ample space and it was notably clean and new. the space was sufficient and the general condition ensured a comfortable environment. the complete beddings and toiletries added to the room's appeal.

the location was convenient , close to the mall.

the christmas buffet was a joke , serving up cold food with very few choices. it certainly was not worth the price , and the breakfast buffet was not much better. the room even had some kind of odd residue on the window , which was just lovely. i'd advise dining elsewhere.

I liked how close the hotel was to shops and food. It's a short walk to SM Aura, and I found restaurants quickly. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. The security.

The traffic outside was loud. Even on the tenth floor, I could still hear it. It made it hard to fall asleep at first.

The room is cleaned daily and the housekeeping is very helpful. The hotel is near restaurants. A convenience store is on the ground floor. It is very convenient for late-night purchases. Breakfast is available at 6:00 every morning.

I found myself waiting a long time just to get the right one. I also had to request frequent servicing for the AC because it was not consistently working.
